WHIPCREAM

Agentic Revenue Intelligence

Revenue isn't five departments.
It's one system.

Whipcream connects your billing, CRM, product and web data, scores the health of your revenue across five dimensions, names the constraint that is actually binding, and ranks the three moves with the most leverage.

Then, with your approval, its agents do the work.

The beta runs on your own systems. The demo runs on prepared data — nothing to connect. See how it works

Diagnosis

Funnel friction is your binding constraint. Not demand.

Trials reach value on day 4. The trial ends on day 7. Three days is too little to decide on, so everything you spend upstream is paying for trials that reach value too late.

Diagnosis → prescription

Three actions. Ranked by leverage.

Not a backlog. Not a 47-step framework. The shortest list that moves the number — with the reasoning attached, so you can disagree with it properly.

Compress time-to-value to day 2 for self-serve trials

Converters reach their first real outcome on day 4. The trial decides on day 7. Move the outcome forward and the same traffic converts more.

Implementation steps

  1. Move billing connection ahead of the profile step.
  2. Fire the activation nudge at hour two, not day three.
  3. Instrument the moment 60% of converters reach before day four.

Why these steps

The profile step is the largest single drop in the sequence, and it sits before anyone has seen anything work. The nudge timing matches when converted accounts actually returned.

04 · Agentic execution

Then it does the work — with your hand on the switch.

A recommendation you don't have time to run is just a better-informed regret. WHIPCREAM's agents take the ranked action and produce the artefact — a sequence, a list, a draft, an analysis — you can read, edit and send. Anything sensitive stops for approval first.

Agent

Action plan

Turns the ranked action into the sequence of work it actually needs.

Agent

Lifecycle emails

Drafts the CRM lifecycle messages the diagnosis calls for.

Agent

Sales sequence

Builds the enablement sequence for the segment in question.

Agent

Marketing draft

Writes the acquisition asset against the positioning you actually have.

Agent

Financial analysis

Runs the numbers behind the decision, not around it.

Agent

Experiment tracking

Watches whether what you shipped moved what it promised.

Human in the loop

Agents pause before sensitive actions. You review the run, read the artefact, and approve or reject. Nothing leaves on autopilot because it happened to be confident.

What's true today

The agentic layer is in beta and scoped deliberately: agents produce work and act where they are permitted to. Where a step isn't supported yet, WHIPCREAM says so instead of pretending.

Intelligence architecture

AI is a component. The reasoning is ours.

WHIPCREAM doesn't exist because language models do. Its intelligence is a revenue reasoning framework — the Revenue Health Score, its dimensions, its criteria, its evidence rules. Models work inside that framework: reading, drafting, summarising, explaining.

The practical consequence is independence. As models improve, WHIPCREAM gets better at the same job without its logic changing shape — and no single provider owns your revenue intelligence.

Framework → decides what matters Models → do the reading and the writing Evidence → every claim keeps its source Model tier → standard · advanced · premium, by plan

What WHIPCREAM is

A revenue intelligence system — not another dashboard.

Your revenue lives in billing, CRM, product analytics and web data. Each tool reports its own slice in its own terms — and none of them tells you which problem is actually binding.

WHIPCREAM reads them as one system. It scores the health of your revenue across five dimensions, names the constraint, ranks the moves with the most leverage — and, with your approval, its agents do the work and measure what changed.

About

More information has not made anyone more certain.

Every company we meet has more data than it did five years ago. More dashboards, more tools, more reporting. Almost none of them feel more certain about what to do on Monday.

The bottleneck moved. It is no longer information. It is the distance between knowing something, understanding it, deciding what it means, and actually doing the work.

WHIPCREAM exists to close that distance. Not by adding another view of the same numbers, but by treating revenue as one system, reasoning about it properly, and then carrying the work forward until something has actually changed.

We want revenue intelligence to be proactive: to arrive before the quarter is lost, with a position, and with its reasoning in the open.

Mission

Close the gap between knowing and acting.

Vision

A world where founders never fly blind again.

Signature

See what moves your revenue.

How we build.

Precision over volume

One number with its source beats fifty without. If we can't show the evidence, we don't show the claim.

Warm, not soft

We're on your side, which is exactly why we'll tell you the thing nobody in the meeting wants to say.

Grounded

No invented capability, no theatrical AI. Where the product isn't there yet, it says so — here and in the app.

Proactive

The useful moment is before the decision, not in the retrospective. WHIPCREAM is built to arrive early.

Founding team

One reads the business. The other builds the system that reads it.

Portrait of Emanuele Fernando Eramo

Emanuele Fernando Eramo

CEO & Founder

Emanuele's background sits at the intersection of economics, finance, international business, and applied AI. He studied Economics and Finance at Maastricht University in the Netherlands before completing a Master's in International Business, specializing in AI Management.

His work spans business, technology, and education, with a particular focus on how data and emerging technologies can improve the way people make decisions. He has been invited to speak in Abu Dhabi on Quantum Economics at the PLMNC conference and works as an AI trainer for the Italian Ministry of Education, helping teachers explore and apply AI in their work.

Over time, Emanuele became convinced that Artificial Intelligence could offer a new way to navigate one of the hardest parts of running a business: uncertainty. Instead of simply collecting more information, he believes Artificial Intelligence can help people see what is changing, understand why it matters, and act before uncertainty becomes a problem.

“I didn't start Whipcream because I had a big idea. I started it because I hated the feeling that my business could change overnight without me knowing.”

Portrait of Battulga Tseveldorj

Battulga Tseveldorj

CTO & Founder

Battulga's background brings together data architecture, engineering, and applied AI. Drawing on more than eight years of work with complex data systems, including in finance and e-commerce, he builds the intelligence behind WHIPCREAM. His work turns information scattered across a business into a foundation founders can inspect, trust, and use to make decisions.

At WHIPCREAM, that foundation connects revenue figures, customer activity, and business context into one model of the company. Whether a figure arrives through an integration, an uploaded document, or a manual entry, his focus is on preserving its source and making the same evidence available to scoring, diagnosis, Copilot, and agents. The system should explain both what it sees and where its confidence ends.

As CTO, Battulga leads the technology that carries a decision from evidence to action: identifying a revenue constraint, explaining the reasoning, and preparing work for a founder to review and approve. He approaches AI as a system that must earn trust through its behaviour. The ambition is to give founders a clearer next move, retain control over what happens, and measure whether the action made a difference.

“A revenue diagnosis should earn your trust. Show the evidence, explain the decision, then measure whether the action changed anything.”
